  • The first week of August is World Breastfeeding Week. Do you work with new mums? Or are you a new mum yourself?

You could pitch a story about the challenges you or your clients face. Or how about a story on the nutrition benefits of breastfeeding? Or an article listing exercise tips to keep in mind for breastfeeding mums?

  • Cycle to work day falls on 15th August in the UK. the UK’s biggest cycle commuting event.

You can find out more here – https://www.cycletoworkday.org – why not look to piggyback on the national exposure of this event by partnering with a local bike store.

Offer a tips sheet or warm up guide for people before they jump on their bikes or ask the bike store for vouchers for bike services or discounts on the purchase of new bikes that you can hand out to your mailing list.

Giving value to the bike store will open up the chances of them anting to promote your business to their list.

Or if you have corporate clients, why not suggest they sign their workplace up to the event and have them send out your training tips guide via their internal email system
